Originally from Waterloo, Nicolas Mottart started cooking professionally at a young age. He worked in a series of respected Walloon Brabant restaurants and cultivated his art with starred chefs before taking over as head chef at Genval.Les.Bains in 2018. Since then, he’s worked with brilliance and creativity to enhance the reputation of this fine Genval restaurant.
